Portrait has sub-categories that you would have to choose from. Why don't you give me the steps you're trying and let me see if there's a bug in the system. Sorry for the trouble.

Hi hazel... jpg is what I always upload, then be sure to check the box that says "Check here if artwork preview is the same as the artwork file?" That should do it. Emotion Icon
